In case your Office 365 password is forgotten, you can follow these instructions


Note: Only accounts with self-service registration can reset their own password. For more information about this, you can refer to this guide.

  1. Visit https://portal.office.com, enter your email address and click on 'Next'

  2. Click on 'Forgot my password'

  3. Enter the captcha and click on 'Next'

  4. Select your prefered recovery method (Email, SMS, or call)

  5. Enter the code received and click on 'Next'

  6. Enter the new password and click 'Finish'

  7. Well done! Your password has been reset successfully
